We heard about the HTC M4 or HTC One Mini a while back, and now we have some more details on the device including some specifications, the HTC One Mini will apparently feature a 4.3 inch HD display.
The HD display on the HTC One Mini will either feature a 1280 x 768 pixel resolution or a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the device will apparently be powered by a dual core processor.

Other rumored specifications on the HTC One Mini include 2GB of RAM, the handset is also rumored to feature HTC ultrapixel camera that launched in the HTC One, plus Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and also HTC Sense 5.
As yet we do not have any details on when the HTC One Mini will launch, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
