Under the hood will run Samsung’s Octa Exynos processor was stated by some earlier reports. However, recently, it was revealed that Samsung might stick to Snapdragon 800 processors for the Note III. While there is still no clarity on the processor, almost all rumours have pegged the RAM to be 3 GB. If true, Samsung Galaxy Note III will be the first phablet to debut with such high RAM.
The screen might be a 5.7 or 5.9 inch AMOLED screen with unbreakable display. While hopes were pinned on Samsung’s Youm display, looks like there will be some wait before users get a device with the Youm display.
