Both of them run on Android. Micromax A116 Canvas HD Comes with a 1.2 GHz Quad Core processor, allowing you to do better multitasking than the Panasonic Eluga Power which comes with a 1.5 GHz Dual Core processor. Multiple core processor (Dual and Quad core) helps the device multitask better. Both the devices have 3G network compatibilty. Display (& Touch)
Both the devices have Capacitive touchscreen. Capacitive touchscreens give better accuracy and control than Resistive touchscreens and they respond pretty well even to the slightest of touches. Camera & Storage
Both Micromax A116 Canvas HD and Panasonic Eluga Power have the same megapixel rating for the camera. Both of them have secondary (front facing) camera, enabling you to do video chat. Both the devices have MicroSD card slot for memroy expansion.
Design and Portability
Panasonic Eluga Power is very heavy as compared to Micromax A116 Canvas HD.

Although there are much similarities in term of specifications of both the phones but its clear that Panasonic mobiles are not in demand and even do not have any popularity. Panasonic Eluga price is not available at any online store I had also checked 91mobiles.com but price is not available.
